LocalFans Monthly Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

The promoter is LocalFans Ltd (company number 17390795), 1 Austen Avenue, Olney, Buckinghamshire, MK46 4DL, registered in England and Wales.

References below to “LocalFans” mean the LocalFans platform; the promoter and organiser of this prize draw is LocalFans Ltd.

• You must be aged 18 years or over.
• You must be a UK resident.
• You must have a registered LocalFans account as a LocalFan.
• Business accounts are not eligible.
• Employees and directors of LocalFans Ltd, and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion, are not eligible.

Entry is free and automatic. During the qualifying month you earn one entry for each calendar day on which you:

• Are a registered LocalFan with an active, verified account;
• Are signed in; and
• Visit and genuinely browse LocalFans.

Calendar days run in UK time (Europe/London). The maximum is one entry per person per calendar day, however many times you sign in, refresh, open additional tabs, browse additional sections or use additional devices that day. Remaining signed in between visits does not prevent you earning the next day’s entry; simply returning and browsing while signed in is enough, and you do not need to sign out and back in.

No purchase is necessary and no offer redemption is required. Browsing while signed out does not count. If you register part-way through the month you can still earn an entry for each remaining qualifying day. Entries apply only to the month in which they are earned and do not carry forward.

Whether an entry exists for a given day is determined by LocalFans’ server records in Europe/London time. No separate entry form is required.

Draws for September 2026 and earlier were decided under the rules published at the time; those rules remain available as the September 2026 Prize Draw Terms and those results are unaffected.

The prize is vouchers to spend with participating local businesses. The value and the participating businesses for the current month are shown on the monthly jackpot page. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and no cash alternative is offered.

Entries for a month close at the end of the last day of that month (Europe/London). The winner is selected at random on or shortly after the 1st day of the following month.

All entries for the month are sealed before the draw. One sealed entry is then selected using secure server-side random selection. Every entry has an equal chance, so a LocalFan with more qualifying days in the month has proportionally more chances to win.

Where a prize wheel or similar animation is shown, it reveals the result of that secure server-side selection. It does not choose, weight or influence the winner.

If a month has no eligible entries, no winner is drawn for that month.

The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their LocalFans account.

If no response is received within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

Accounts found to have been created fraudulently or used to manipulate the promotion may be disqualified.

Only one LocalFans account is permitted per individual.

Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be removed from the draw.

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary.

Personal information will only be used to administer the prize draw in accordance with the LocalFans Privacy Policy.

The winner agrees that the promoter may publish their first name, surname initial and town/community unless they request otherwise where permitted by law.

The decision of the promoter regarding eligibility and the winner is final.
