These promotional terms apply only to the LocalFans £100 Monthly Prize Draw. They are separate from our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Business Terms.
1.Promoter
The promoter is LocalFans Ltd (company number 17390795), 1 Austen Avenue, Olney, Buckinghamshire, MK46 4DL, registered in England and Wales.
References below to “LocalFans” mean the LocalFans platform; the promoter and organiser of this prize draw is LocalFans Ltd.
2.Eligibility
- You must be aged 18 years or over.
- You must be a UK resident.
- You must have a registered LocalFans account as a LocalFan.
- Business accounts are not eligible.
- Employees and directors of LocalFans Ltd, and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion, are not eligible.
3.How to Qualify
To be automatically entered into the monthly draw you must, during the qualifying month:
- Be a registered LocalFan with an active, verified account.
- Use LocalFans while logged in at least once during that calendar month.
- Calendar months run in UK time (Europe/London).
One visit while logged in is enough. No purchase is necessary and no offer redemption is required, although using an offer while logged in is itself use of LocalFans. Extra visits, extra active days and extra redemptions do not give you extra entries and do not improve your chance of winning: every qualifying LocalFan has exactly one entry. Anonymous browsing while logged out does not count. If you register part-way through the month you can still qualify by using LocalFans while logged in before the month ends.
These qualification rules apply to draws for September 2026 and earlier. Earlier months were decided under the rules published at that time, and those results are unaffected. Draws from October 2026 onward are governed by the current Prize Draw Terms & Conditions.
No separate entry form is required.
4.The Prize
The standard monthly prize is £100 in vouchers to spend with local businesses.
5.Draw Date
The winner will be selected at random on the 1st day of every calendar month.
The first draw will take place on 1 September 2026.
6.Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their LocalFans account.
If no response is received within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
7.Verification
The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.
Accounts found to have been created fraudulently or used to manipulate the promotion may be disqualified.
8.One Account Per Person
Only one LocalFans account is permitted per individual.
Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be removed from the draw.
9.Changes
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary.
10.Privacy
Personal information will only be used to administer the prize draw in accordance with the LocalFans Privacy Policy.
11.Publicity
The winner agrees that the promoter may publish their first name, surname initial and town/community unless they request otherwise where permitted by law.
12.Final Decision
The decision of the promoter regarding eligibility and the winner is final.
